Life has a way of taking us somewhere unexpected and it often requires us to make some changes to find a new balance. You could be experiencing something exciting, such as starting college, starting a family, getting promoted at work, etc. You may also be experiencing the end of a relationship, the loss of a loved one, or be dealing with being apart from family.
