Dr. Hsing-Fang Chang

Hello! I am a licensed counseling psychologist with over 20 years of experience in private practice.  Originally from Taiwan, I received my bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Fu-Jen University.  I came to the United States to pursue my master's degree in Educational Psychology from University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. After receiving my master's, I came to California for my doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of Southern California. During my doctorate program, my research was focused on cross-cultural psychology and diversity issues. I meanwhile did clinical training through working at Student Counseling Services at USC, Caltech, and UC Davis.
